You may remember, earlier this summer, Helen and I planted some old-fashioned varieties of pole beans in a pot with some herbs. Well, this is my third harvest, and there’s more to come. The yellow beans came first, then the purple and now the green & more purple. I’ll definitely do this again next year!

Vegetables in the flower bed?
